SKORCH MAGAZINE TURNS UP THE HEAT FOR ITS LAUNCH INTO PRINT

Vancouver, WA, August 5, 2009 — SKORCH Magazine, the popular, fashion-forward digital magazine for plus-size women that launched in 2007, has announced it will be going into print as a bi-monthly magazine. The first printed issue will be available December 1, 2009.

SKORCH Magazine, the only plus-size fashion magazine that will be in print, focuses entirely on showcasing and featuring hip and trendy fashion for the15- to 35-year-old woman who wears size 12 and up, otherwise known as "plus size" fashion.

“Plus-size women are craving a tangible fashion magazine that they can find at the newsstands or have delivered to their door that is tailored to them,” stated Jessica Kane, Owner and Publisher of SKORCH Magazine. “SKORCH Magazine in print delivers fashion to the majority. SKORCH Magazine will launch as a bi-monthly print magazine, with the option to digitally download issues, December 1, 2009. Subscribers and retailers will be able to have SKORCH shipped to the United States, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia and France. Copies will also be distributed across the nation at select specialty boutiques, on college campuses, on newsstands and at various SKORCH events.
